"Barefoot Dining" service offers the ultimate romantic beach dining experience

“Barefoot Dining” service delivers an intimate four-course meal and beach dining experience.  With feet in the sand, guests indulge in a gourmet menu prepared by our chef while being waited on by their own private server.  Barefoot diners gaze at impressive sunsets or a candlelight dinner that offers a cozy setting under the stars.  The service always includes inviting tables for two situated on the sand. All visitors to the Turks & Caicos are welcome to experience “Barefoot Dining” at The Alexandra Resort.  Reservations are required.

Perfectly complimented by the property’s amorous atmosphere, the gastronomic delights offered with “Barefoot Dining” utilize the freshest ingredients available and creative combinations remain consistent.  For example, the most recent menu includes a Creamy Coconut and Shrimp Bisque served in an authentic coconut shell, followed by a Blackened Tuna Carpaccio.  For the main course, guests choose between two entrees such as Grilled Snapper glazed with a tropical fruit butter sauce or Chateaubriand complimented with béarnaise and black peppercorn sauces.  And for dessert, it is a sweet ending of citrus infused Crepe A L’Orange. The chef will go over each evening’s menu options and together you may customize the menu or suggest any of your favorites.

“Barefoot Dining” is priced at $250 per couple including a bottle of house wine and is inclusive of tax and service.  Cocktails and beverages are an additional charge. Barefoot Dining is available by reservation only on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sunday.  Reservations can be made by contacting the resort at 649-946-5807.
