Reservation Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
A Three (3) Nights Deposit is required to reserve your
suite.
From January 2-April 9, 2011; the deposit is refundable if
a cancellation notice is received 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations received after 21 days prior will not receive a refund of the
three night minimum deposit. Final Payment is due 21 days prior to arrival.
During the holiday season December 20- January 1, full
prepayment is due on December 1. All deposits are non refundable and non
transferable.
From April 10-December 20, 2011: the deposit is refundable
if a cancellation notice is received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival
date. Cancellations received after 14 days prior will not receive a refund of
the three night minimum deposit. Final Payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Early departures do not receive a refund of unused stay. No
show will be subjected to 50% penalty of the full stay.
