RESERVATION POLICY:
A 50% deposit is required at the time
of booking. Cancellations must be received in writing
30 days prior to arrival. For cancellations received
within 30 days of arrival the deposit will be forfeited.
No shows and early departures shall be deemed as cancellations.
Minimum stays are 7 nights encompassing Christmas and
New Year’s (i.e. December
17,’06 to January 3,’07) and 3 nights for
other rate periods. Rates are per room per night for
single or double occupancy. All rates are in U.S. currency.
Rates are subject to a 10% government tax and 10% service
charge.
