⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Authentic Exceptional Experience:
"We decided to go all out this trip (3) young kids and (2) adults and chose Alexandra.

We were offered cool towels as we walk into the lobby to cleanse ourselves and the asked for any drinks. (obviously we sucked down a rum punch!) Check in was easy, painless and quick.

Our room was HUGE 1,000 + sq ft with an ocean view. CLEAN all around.

The property is not huge by any means but felt very safe. We felt comfortable at times even letting our 7 year old run to the room or to the bathroom, grab a drink and what not.

The beach was the best we have ever seen. Clean, free of seaweed, lots of chairs (one negative is you do need to wake up early to reserve if you want a chance in getting one) lots of umbrellas and compared to all the resorts up and down the coast (we walked 20 + min each direction) Alexandra has the best and biggest beach. Watersports and Beach servers Andy and Forty were amazing and were there for us whenever we needed anything. Our kids fell in love with many of the staff members and they really made this vacation special for them.

Bobo at the Caribbean lunch spot was amazing and her food was some of the best around. We loved the sushi with Theresa as our server. That does not go without saying that every other restaurant had amazing servers as well and we really became accustomed to wanting the same people every time because of how thoughtful and kind they were.

Milourdes and her brother were by far the best bartenders on the property. Don't forget John at the smoothie bar whom my boys and girl made a trip daily to see!

As far as management goes, there is almost always a presence and the GM is seen walking around contently daily communicating with his staff and they are laughing back and forth. All staff remembered our names and it really made you feel special.

We will be back in 2024!
