Attention: Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, etc. do not offer the Alexandra Resort Experience!
Only REGISTERED guests in the Alexandra Resort many enjoy all the amenities of the resort. A booking made with an apartment owner renting in the building is only a rental, with access to the apartment, parking lot, swimming pool and access to the public beach.
Be sure to book directly with Alexandra Resort or with an Alexandra Resort package from your favorite travel agent to ensure you are enjoying the all-inclusive amenities of the Alexandra Resort and the Turks and Caicos Collection!
RESERVATION, DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
The following policies are for individual reservations for stays outside of Christmas/New Years Festive period.
Deposit: A 30% deposit will be charged at time of booking to secure a room reservation.
Final Payment: The balance will be charged 29 days before arrival. No refunds thereafter.
Cancellation: The deposit is fully refundable on reservations that are cancelled, in writing, at least 31 days before arrival. If reservation is cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
No Show: A 100% cancellation fee will apply to the reservation.
Short Stay/Early Departure: A 100% cancellation fee will apply to the reservation.
For the Christmas/New Years Festive Period (Dec. 20, 2023 – Jan. 3, 2024)
Deposit: A 30% deposit will be charged at time of booking to secure a room reservation.
Final Payment: The balance will be charged 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation: The deposit is fully refundable on reservations that are cancelled, in writing, at least 61 days before arrival. If reservation is cancelled 60 days or less before arrival, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
No Show: A 100% cancellation fee will apply to the reservation.
Short Stay/Early Departure: A 100% cancellation fee will apply to the reservation.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend that you purchase trip protection travel insurance to protect you, your loved ones and your vacation.
Maximum Occupancies:

- Four bedroom penthouse – 12 people
Extra Person Charges:
Your all-inclusive experience in Turks and Caicos includes resort accommodations, all meals at any of the resort’s restaurants, unlimited domestic and premium beverages, entertainment and more for the number and age(s) of guests indicated in your confirmed reservation. An additional fee will apply for any unregistered persons, and will be collected by the resort.
kids stay free age 12 and under- year round!
Kids age 12 and under stay free in a suite when traveling with paying adults up to the maximum occupancy (e.g. a 1-Bedroom Suite with 2 adults will allow 2 free kids up to the maximum occupancy of 4 persons). Be sure to indicate the age of the child in your reservation at time of booking.
Hurricane Policy:
If the Turks and Caicos Islands are under a hurricane warning from NOAA’s National Hurricane Center, the following will apply:
Before Arrival: Change fees are waived. Credit will be provided in a certificate for a future stay to be taken by Dec. 24 of the next calendar year for travel during a similar season (low or high) based on availability. Low Season is April 15 to December 19.
Late Arrival / Early Departure: Change fees and short stay penalties are waived. Guest can receive a credit for unused nights due to late arrival or early departure. Credit will be provided in a certificate for a future stay to be taken by Dec. 24 of the next calendar year.
In-House Guest Stay Extensions: Should the Providenciales Airport (PLS) be closed temporarily, special reduced rates will be extended directly to affected in-house guests to extend their stay based on availability.
