Due to the current global pandemic, visitors to the Turks and Caicos Islands are required to complete an on-line travel authorization form and receive approval for entry before boarding a flight to the destination. Proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test or rapid Antigen test taken within 3 days of arrival, along with proof of emergency medical insurance and medical evacuation insurance (“medevac”) that would cover you in case of COVID-19 illness while staying in the Turks and Caicos Islands, are also required. Additionally, effective for arrivals starting September 1, 2021, all visitors must provide official proof of full vaccination for entry. COVID-19 TESTING AVAILABLE FOR YOUR RETURN JOURNEY HOME
As of December 6th, 2021 the US CDC is requiring a COVID-19 test to be taken within 24 hours before arrival to United States. Please contact the front desk upon arrival to schedule an appointment for a rapid antigen test administered on-site at our Alexandra Resort or at a local medical clinic. The CDC accepts a negative rapid test (also known as a lateral flow antigen test) or a negative molecular test (also known as an RT-PCR/NAAT or LAMP test) for entry into the US. Rapid antigen tests take about 15 minutes and cost about $60. Molecular tests cost $180-$200 with results in 48 hours. Only REGISTERED guests in the Alexandra Resort many enjoy all the amenities of the resort. A booking made with an apartment owner renting in the building is only a rental, with access to the apartment, parking lot, swimming pool and access to the public beach.

Reservation Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Deposit: A $200 deposit per room is required at time of booking to secure a room reservation.
Final payment: 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation: Free cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled 29 days or less before arrival, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
Holiday Period Cancellation: For holiday travel free cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled 29 days or less before arrival, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

Extra Person Charges:
Your all-inclusive experience in Turks and Caicos includes resort accommodations, all meals at any of the resort’s restaurants, unlimited domestic and premium beverages, entertainment and more for the number and age(s) of guests indicated in your confirmed reservation. An additional fee will apply for any unregistered persons, and will be collected by the resort.

If the Turks and Caicos Islands are under a hurricane warning from NOAA’s National Hurricane Center
Before Arrival: Change fees are waived. Credit will be provided in a certificate for a future stay to be taken by Dec. 24 of the next calendar year for travel during a similar season (low or high) based on availability.
Late Arrival / Early Departure: Change fees and short stay penalties are waived. Guest can receive a credit for unused nights due to late arrival or early departure. Credit will be provided in a certificate for a future stay to be taken by Dec. 24 of the next calendar year.
In-House Guest Stay Extensions: Should the Providenciales Airport (PLS) be closed temporarily, special reduced rates will be extended directly to affected in-house guests to extend their stay based on availability.
